Introducing our newest character to Zoom Through History, our ATA Pilot!

As Women’s History Month draws to a close we thought we would shine a light on these incredibly brave women who helped the war effort

.

Our ATA Pilot will be joining our WWII workshops very soon. Your class can learn all about The Battle of Britain from one of its unsung heroes.

We are so happy to have been invited back to the Natural History Museum to provide another famous historical character. In February 2022 Zoom Through History provided famous palaeontologist Mary Anning to perform at the Natural History Museum for their Member's Family Morning event; "Mary Anning’s Fossil Hunters”.

Our actor led four interactive workshops all about the life of Mary Anning!

We are thrilled to have provided famous naturalist Charles Darwin to perform at the Natural History Museum for their Members’ Family Morning event "Connecting with Nature". In November 2021 our actor entertained guests with an interactive tour of the museum, teaching all about how to observe the natural world. We can't wait to go back there again in the future!

Zoom Through History events is thrilled to have collaborated with Natasha Bowles on this exciting project to bring Queen Victoria’s wedding day to life.

In the Summer of 2021 Natasha asked Nadia if she would like to be involved in this exciting project as Queen Victoria. The dress which was made to Nadia’s measurements has been painstakingly made by Natasha and I think we can all agree it is a stunning piece of work!

Particularly as it’s entirely hand sewn.

Joshua from Zoom Through History Events can also be seen here as Prince Albert and Mark Wallis as Lord Melbourne.

Huge thanks to Mark Wallis for providing us with further props, regalia and exquisite costume.

Further thanks goes to theatre producer Ryan Metcalfe for filming and editing this film so perfectly and Chetan Panesar for composing the score.
